The Club Event Management Store can handle events from as simple as club socials and dinners, to events as complex as track days where many options are available and need to be controlled at registration time. Events can be open or have restricted numbers which are managed to avoid overbooking.

The Club Event Management Store provides you with a comprehensive set of event reports and attendee lists which can be exported to Excel. In addition, individual logins can be specified for individual event managers or chairs allowing for controlled access to the Club Web Store administration module. You only see the event you are managing.

Handle Multiple Event Types

Your Club Event Management Store can handle a wide range of Event Types from socials to dinners to race and track days. Your store knows about a number of basic Event Types and you can define and specify as many as you like. As well as allowing different types of events to be handled, Event Types allow your members to filter the list of available events.

Flexible Event Options with Multi-Media Event Descriptions

Club Event Management Store descriptions can contain multi-media and so, for example, you can include pictures, graphics, movies or YouTube videos - anything you need.


Simple events can be booked quickly. Additional options, such as adding additional attendees and recording the names of all registrants, can be added easily. Or an event can simpy have a price and have no options at all!


If your event is a track day, the Club Event Management Store can also capture car details, road and race license details, and emergency contact information as well as additional driver and attendee names, and any additional information you specify that you need from your members as part of their registration.

Any of the options you specify can also have a 'quantity available' - such as how many places at a dinner, how many garages available for rent - and the web store will manage registrations appropriately by disabling options that are sold out. Your members will not be able to register for something that is no longer available.

Members registering can also be asked to confirm that they agree to event terms and conditions before they can add the event to their shopping cart.

Members Can Create Profiles

Your Club Event Management Store can store Member Profiles including their cars (road cars, track cars, race cars, concours cars), driving and track experience, race license details and emergency contact information.

A signed in member can have all of their information, including their car details, driving experience, track experience and emergency contact information automatically filled in when they register for an event.

You Get Comprehensive Reports

Your Club Store Administration Module has a range of reports available displaying who has booked onto an event, which options they have chosen, how much they have paid and whether any additional drivers are included if it is a track or race day.

Simple summary reports can show attendee lists or comprehensive detail reports can show all order related information for any one registrant. Reports have printer friendly versions and can also be exported to Excel.

Summaries of event revenue and costs along with individual event option bookings allow full control over your club events.

Logins for Your Event Managers

If you have a number of Event Managers they can each have their own logins. Separate logins allow access to event reports related to specific events.

eMail Your Registrants

Your Club Administration Module allows you to send emails to all attendees in one go with updates and reminders.

One Shopping Cart, One Checkout

Event registrations in a Firefox Event Management Store are added to the web store shopping cart just as any other product is. Key to our solution is that your members only see one shopping cart, one checkout and one payment no matter what mix of products and event registrations they have ordered. This will, for example, encourage your membership to order your logo gear at the same time as registering for an event.

Minimal Registration Charges

The Firefox Club Event Management Store charges a small per registration fee to cover running costs. There are no upfront or monthly charges. In most cases our club customers increase the price of the event to cover the fee so that the net effect is a zero cost to the club.
