At Firefox Store Management Solutions™ (SMS) and we know that you care how information about you is used and what we do with your personal information. We appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information. This notice describes our Privacy Statement. By visiting this web site you are accepting the practices described in the Privacy Statement.

You can access and use this web site without providing any personal information about yourself. However, if you want to order products from any of the web stores run by Firefox SMS, we do need information to process and deliver your order and to be able to contact you.

What Personal Information About Customers Is Gathered?

The information we learn from our web store customers helps us to personalize and continually improve the shopping experience for our customers when they use our web stores. Automatic Information:

We receive and store certain types of information whenever our customers interact with our web stores. For example, like many web sites, we use 'cookies' (see below) and we obtain certain types information when our customers' web browsers access our web stores such as the browser type they are using, IP address, time of visit, click-sequence and technical inforamtion about the browser used. Non-personally identifying information that we collect about the browsing habits of our visitors is used to optimise the design of our web site by understanding what content our clients are intrested in. We can then streamline the web site to make it more user-friendly - and even more informative - for our visitors.

What About Cookies?

This web site and the Firefox SMS web stores use cookies for security and authentication purposes.

Which Information Can Firefox SMS Customers Access?

The Firefox SMS web stores give our customers access to a broad range of information about their accounts and their interactions with the web store and with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
