At Firefox and we know that you care how information about you is used and what we do with your personal information. You can access and use this web site without providing any personal information about yourself. However, if you want to order products from any of the web stores run by Firefox Store Management Solutions, we do need information to process and deliver your order and to be able to contact you.

What Personal Information About Customers Is Gathered?

The information we learn from our web store customers helps us to personalize and continually improve the shopping experience for our customers when they use our web stores. What About Cookies?

This web site does not use cookies.  Cookies are small text files that are stored on our customer's computer by our web stores through their web browsers and they enable us to recognize the browser and to provide such features as the storage of items in our customer's shopping carts. The web stores only uses "session cookies". These cookies store information to assist our customers to browse the web store and to enable their checkout and purchase. Once they leave the web store, these cookies are destroyed. The web site does not use permanent cookies or cookies that collect any personal information.  As no personally identifiable information is collected or stored in the cookies used by our web stores, none of this information can be passed on to any third parties.

Does Firefox Share Information It Receives?

Which Information Can Firefox Customers Access?

The Firefox web stores give our customers access to a broad range of information about their accounts and their interactions with the web store and with us for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information. Many features require our customers to have an account with the web store which they can create at checkout.
